MAYBE LATER: The White House’s infrastructure principles 2.0 may not appear until after the State of the Union, senators who met with Trump administration officials told POLITICO Tuesday. After indicating that it was aiming to release the new-and-improved principles before the Jan. 30 address, the administration is now saying “around the State of the Union, rather, before or after, they’re trying to work on the timing related to that. But within the next month,” Senate EPW Chairman John Barrasso told Brianna.
