Danish dry bulk shipping and freight trading company operating primarily in the handysize and handymax segments Union Bulk has become a shipowner following the acquisition of a 28,386-dwt bulker.
The company was established in March 2019 and was founded by Anders Svarrer and Jens Boesen. Since its inception, it worked as a dry cargo vessel operator and freight trading company with an operated fleet of between 15 and 25 vessels.
