Forward Air might not merge with Omni Logistics, after all.
The LTL, truckload and brokerage services provider said in a press release Thursday that Omni has not complied with certain obligations of the merger agreement, though Omni said otherwise.
The obligations in question relate to financing, pre-closing access to information and confidentiality, or sections 7.03 and 7.10 of the companies’ merger agreement, according to the Forward Air press release. The two companies did not disclose further details.
