XPO Logistics has signed a lease for a recently completed 571,000-square-foot building in Perryman, Maryland, that is expected to bring hundreds of jobs to the county in the growing e-commerce field, Harford County Executive Barry Glassman said.
An announcement that XPO Logistics has taken a full lease of the building on Chelsea Road was made jointly Oct. 6 by the building’s developer, Chesapeake Real Estate Group, its financial partner, USAA Real Estate Co., Harford County government and Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan.
