Trump to Thank Truckers at White House

President Donald Trump has scheduled time at the White House today to commend America’s truckers for their dedication while serving as essential workers on the front lines of the coronavirus pandemic.

The event is planned for the South Lawn tentatively at 2:15 p.m. EDT and is being carried live on the White House’s YouTube channel.

American Trucking Associations President Chris Spear, top executives from UPS Inc. and FedEx Corp., and members of America’s Road Team are scheduled to attend. Trucks will also be on site.
