More than three-quarters of Americans said they think cars and trucks are contributing factors to air pollution, according to a poll by the Natural Resources Defense Council published Aug. 4.
For the “Attitudes Toward Air Pollution, Transportation and Fuel Efficiency” poll, the Opinion Research Corporation surveyed 1,012 Americans representing Democrats, Republicans, and independents about their views on carbon pollution.
