The Idaho Transportation Board approved the recommended fiscal years 2023-2029 Idaho Transportation Investment Program at its September meeting.
The seven-year investment plan is updated and approved annually. It includes summarized preliminary engineering, right-of-way acquisition, and construction costs for each project and includes the Highways, Public Transportation, and Aeronautics programs.
The Spalding Bridge on U.S. Highway 95 will be replaced for $193 million, scheduled for 2025. The new bridge will accommodate a four-lane divided highway with wide shoulders.
