The American Public Transportation Association (APTA) maintains recent study findings determined 77 percent of voters want to see emergency funding for public transportation.
The APTA said the FirstView Presidential Election Post-Election survey directed by Heart+Mind Strategies indicated a supermajority of voters support emergency funding as a means of helping front line workers get jobs while also aiding the economy’s recovery.
