Airlines racing to reassure passengers

Airlines are continuing to scramble to find ways to make passengers feel safe as air traffic numbers gradually tick back upwards. As our Brianna Gurciullo reports, United Airlines is rolling out a new program requiring passengers to answer a health checklist before they can board. Flyers will have to confirm they haven’t tested positive, had symptoms or been in close contact with someone with the virus.
