HUDDLE UP: At a Camp David GOP retreat this weekend, President Donald Trump named his infrastructure plan his top objective for 2018. While House Speaker Paul Ryan is anxious to deal with immigration and wants to work on cutting entitlements, Trump reportedly has his heart set on infrastructure. He’s been convinced that a welfare overhaul, a renewed effort to repeal Obamacare and cutting Medicare wouldn’t be good for him.
