Seattle launches shared transit stop pilot with Microsoft

The City of Seattle, King County Metro Transit, and employers from Microsoft and Children’s Hospital launched a pilot program that allows private shuttle buses operated by participating companies to use public transit stops, reported The Urbanist.

If the pilot program is determined to be successful, the program may be expanded in the future to allow other employer shuttles to share and add transit stops, the report said.
