Eyes on FAA after another 737 Max crash

ANOTHER 737 MAX CRASH, NOW WHAT?: Though the exact circumstances are still up in the air, another 737 Max 8 has crashed shortly after takeoff, including some similarities with up-and-down altitudes seen in a Lion Air crash many attribute to the new plane’s anti-stall system. Investigators have yet to release any details about the Ethiopian Airlines flight that crashed outside Addis Ababa, killing 157 people, but on its face the early facts reported by several outlets appear similar enough to Lion Air’s to be concerning. The NTSB said Sunday that it’s sending four investigators to aid the effort, which will be spearheaded by the Ethiopian government.
