The American Public Transportation Association (APTA) is urging Congress and the Administration to provide $23.8 billion in additional emergency funding to help public transit agencies across the country continue to provide essential services and support the economic recovery of the country’s communities across the nation. The COVID-19 funding will enable agencies to continue to provide a critical lifeline to essential workers and help our communities rebuild the economy.
